introduces the basic skills and techniques you can use to explore this Japanese delicacy. Suppose you have some cooking experience and want to take your skills to the next level. In that case, my intermediate cooking class
provides an in-depth exploration of sushi recipes and presentations. I pride myself on offering a hands-on learning experience where I will teach the methods and techniques that I have honed over the years. You will learn to make sushi from scratch and leave with the skills and knowledge to create this exquisite Japanese cuisine in my home. Sushi Party:
I've designed a hands-on sushi party where I guide participants through the process of crafting their own sushi rolls. They'll master the techniques of preparing sticky rice and rolling three distinct types of sushi: a Cucumber Roll, a Chicken Teriyaki Roll, and a California Roll. To top it all off, I've included a bonus dessert tutorial - Honey-Yuzu Drizzled Fruit Skewers.
The class is designed to be beginner-friendly and accessible to adults. Children aged 5-12 can also join with an adult, while teenagers 13 and up are welcome to participate solo. All necessary materials are provided.
I have planned several sessions throughout 2024 on January 14, March 10, June 2, and September 14. Each class will run from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. The cost per participant is set at $75, ensuring transparency with no additional fees or hidden charges.
If a desired date is unavailable, it likely means the class has reached its capacity. However, for groups of 6-8 people, I offer private classes upon request.
